15. Though departmental policies vary widely, the Carnegie Mellon policy on teaching-track faculty does not have a strong expectation of publication. An analysis of the study results by faculty track would likely indicate that faculty with no publication lists linked to the departmental home page were primarily faculty on the teaching track.
