J Health Comm 2008; 13:80-99. This paper describes the first theory-based, empirical investigation of Hispanics' views of living organ donation. Telephone interviews were conducted among a random sample of Hispanics living in Maricopa County, Pima County, and Albuquerque. The authors conclude that living donation has the potential to alleviate the shortage of viable organs among the Hispanic population. (Pubitemid 351315429)
