    • In order to replicate exactly the calculations presented in Ref. (Figs. 1 2 3 4), we have employed the same parameters quoted in that paper. However, in our opinion, the values of μ0 and r0 should be 1.634 and 1.134, respectively, and not the numbers that have been used. The correct numbers are given, for example, by 10.1063/1.455826;
