According to the official regulations, the current standard workload for public WC gynecologists and obstetricians is as follows: five patients per hour, eight patients per hour in the case of prophylactic observation in an outpatient clinic, 1.25 home visits per hour. This makes the doctor's work conveyer-like, and this method of treatment often lacks an emotional connection with the patient because of the intensification and standardization of the doctor's work. Gynecologists and obstetricians often have secondary jobs, which makes the situation worse.
