    • Transmission electron microscopy analysis were performed using a FEI monochromated F20 UT Tecnai TEM equipped with a field emission gun, an energy loss spectrometer and a Gatan Image Filter (GIF). It was operated at 200 keV. The EFTEM images were obtained by using the three-window method.
