7. ∂ of Eq. differs from that of Ref. by a factor of ∂!. This discrepancy originates from an inconsistency in the use of the multipole moments in equations (2.1) and (2.22) of Ref. For example, using Eq. (2.22) as a definition of μl (equal to m∂ in our notation), the second term of Eq. (2.1) should be divided by the factor ∂!, leading to the disappearance of this factor in the formula for ∂.
