The DLS experiments on pig vitreous body was conducted using a 22 mW Uniphase He-Ne laser (A = 632.8 run) (San Jose, CA) as a light source and an ALV-5000/EPP correlator (Langen, Germany) at 25°C. Pig vitreous body was treated by the same method as the vitreous body of calf as described in the Experimental Section. The sample preparation was performed within 8 h after extraction of the eye at a local slaughterhouse.
