1. The Latin text and English translation by H. Rackham (Loeb Classical Library, 1942) is conveniently annotated by M. Stern, Greek and Latin Authors on Jews and Judaism 1 (Jerusalem: Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, 1974). The following English translations are my own attempts at reflecting the difficulties of the Latin as well as providing the general sense of the passages.
