    • Thermal annealing of the junctions was performed in vacuum (∼ 10-5 ̃torr) at 100°C for 1 h. After annealing, the RJ (300̃K) of samples A and B decreased to 0.83 and 0.50̃kΩ, respectively. In plotting Fig. 2, the background conductances had been subtracted.
