SGM90d is the latest version of a series of preliminary gravity models developed by NAOJ. There is another series of lunar gravity models [SELENE Gravity Model Tsukuba (SGMT)] developed by JAXA for the purpose of operation and orbital prediction of SELENE. While NAOJ uses GEODYN II/SOLVE programs, JAXA developed programs called Lunar Gravity Estimation Function on the basis of their Unified Flight Dynamics System. In the discussions, we focus on common features among SGM90d and gravity models developed by JAXA.
