In order to check the condition fp→0 =1/2 we have examined the transient process of the formation of the steady-state distribution, described by the equation ∂ fpt ∂t = JLA (ft|p) + JR (ft|p) with the initial condition tpt=0 = [exp (p/ pT) +1] -1. The numerical computation of the Cauchy problem with the use of time iterations method gives the same steady-state distribution, as in Fig. 1.
