Fine-scale spatial genetic structure and dispersal among spotted salamander (Ambystoma maculatum) breeding populations
-
J. L. Purrenhage studies how habitat alteration affects behavioural, population, and community ecology of amphibians; this study was conducted for the MS thesis of J. L. Purrenhage. P. H. Niewiarowski studies the evolution of life history traits, bio-inspired design, locomotion and functional morphology, and evolutionary ecology of adhesive systems of geckos. F. B.-G. Moore studies the evolution of gene-gene and gene-environment interactions in a metapopulation context; he works with armadillos, bacteria, salamanders, and zebrafish, as well as computational modelling.
