12. The present investigation is mainly based on p-type Ge doped to 4× 1014 Ga/cm3, whereas the investigation of Ref. was mainly based on p-type Ge doped to 1.8× 1015 Ga/cm3. Thus, small differences between parameters extracted in the present investigation and in Ref. might appear.
