18. However, this scenario is not impossible. The majority of Genizah documents date from the eleventh-thirteenth centuries, making al-Dustūr al-bīmāristānī a latecomer. This is even more the case with Minhāj al-dukkān, also unknown to the booklists, as it was composed a generation later, at the very end of the 'classical' Genizah period
