8. Three-dimensional molecular models of compounds 3 and 9 were built on a Silicon Graphics O2, using the programs Insight II and Discover (Accelrys Inc., San Diego, CA). Minimizations were performed with the cvff all-atom forcefield and the conjugate gradients algorithm.
