    • The Bohr exciton radius is calculated by rB, εdot/μ)aB, μ, 1/1/me*, 1/mh*, where aB is the hydrogen Bohr radius, εdot is the dielectric constant of the bulk material, and m e* and mh* are the reduced masses of the electron and hole. The values of CuInS2 are 11 for εdot, 0.16 for me*, and 1.3 for m h*, respectively
