    • The spin boson problem, of which the model used in this paper is a trivial example, has had a long history of use for trying to understand the effects of decoherence on the development of a quantum two level system. In particular it demonstrates that a sufficiently strong ``decohering" interaction, such as that presented here, can prevent a spin flip force from being able to effect the spin flip (localization).
