One can detect the nonequilibrated anti-Pfaffian state from transport measurements in a bar geometry since the quantum Hall conductance σ in that state is 7 e2 / (2h). Indeed, the left electrode injects charge into the φ1 channel and two integer QHE edges on the lower edge. This contributes 3 e2 /h to σ. It also injects additional current from left to right into the φ2 channel on the upper edge.
