    • The total 4 897 database proteins were obtained by combination of 4 630 chromosomal proteins in Genbank, 148 megaplasmid proteins in Genbank, 24 excluded proteins found in TIGR database, and 104 proteins from predicted genes frameshifs and elimination of duplicates. Details can be found in Omics 2004, 8, 239-254.
