    • Contrary to what had been done in Refs., we use, here, the "classical" form of a Laplace transform, f (ω) = 0∞ ex(-iωt) f (t) dt, in order to make easier the contact with other papers where such relations are used. This results in changes by a coefficient i between some of the expressions reported here and the results given in the two above quoted papers.
