    • We noticed in our previous designs a few % difference in the area of neighbour junctions leading to a small systematic inhomogeneity of critical currents. Here we made a new design which insures that any possible drift of the e -beam induced identical deformation on the shape of each junction. Dispersion of junctions sizes was finally not detectable.
