There are two possibilities for the absolute sign of Mn and Mp. We assumed that the ratio of Mn/Mp is positive. If it is negative, the isovector E2 matrix element B(E2IV)=(1/4)(Mn-Mp)2 introduced by Endt exceeds the recommended upper limit.
