    • The energy of the conduction band edge in CdSe QDs is estimated as ECB(CdSe QD, ECB (bulk, ΔE conmb(mh, me)-1, where ΔE con, E1s(CdSe QD, E g(bulk) is the total confinement energy and me and m h are the electron and hole effective masses, respectively. E g(bulk, 1.7 eV and ECB bulk, 4.3 eV were used from ref 2b
