    • Utilized to estimate the flow rate was oversaturated dibenzo[g,p]chrysene in phenyloctane which resulted in very small particles. Upon applying the shear treatment, the particles moved in parallel. By monitoring the particular motion with an optical microscope, the linear flow rate of the solvent was determined on the basis of the assumption that the particles and the solvent had the same velocity.
