After ultrasonic cleaning a tube with acetone, we checked the degassing from a polyimide tube under experimental conditions in UHV using a quadrupole mass spectrometer. After degassing the tube cell at 200 °C, the operation at 120 °C did not show any desorption of troublesome chemicals.
