Roger Mackett is Professor of Transport Studies in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UCL. His research interests include analysis of the impact of policy, the inter-relationship between transport, urban activities and the environment, public transport planning and operations, and the impact of new technology and lifestyles on locational and travel demand. James Paskins is a Research Fellow in the Centre for Transport Studies at UCL. He is currently working on the CAPABLE project, examining children's behaviour in their local environments and studying for a part-time PhD. He has previously worked on projects investigating children's car use and transport-related social exclusion.
