22. -1 of electricity, the nucleophile (0.3 mmol) was added at -40 °C (or -78 °C, see Table 1) to the 'cation pool' of 5, and the reaction mixture was stirred for further 0.5 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue purified by flash chromatography on silica gel.
