    • Dscam2 mediates axonal tiling in the Drosophila visual system
    • This paper demonstrates that Dscam2 is a tiling receptor for L1 lamina neurons. Like Dscam1, Dscam2 uses homophilic repulsion as a mechanism for patterning. Dscam2 is the first tiling receptor to be identified.
