    • During the paper preparation, we became aware of recent papers (Refs.) which study a similar effective action to that in Eq. 1, except without the long-range Josephson couplings. These papers concluded that the critical theory is dominated by an infinite disorder fixed point, which would imply universal, but unconventional critical scaling. In the present paper, we have not dealt with the critical regime, so in this sense, these other studies are complimentary to the present one. It will be interesting in the future to explore the relation between the two approaches and in particular to explore the effects on the critical phenomena of the long-range Josephson couplings and the crossover between the small and large puddle limits, [Eqs. 1 4].
