    • Stress drops can be identified for a given duration of the time intervals δt: they start when the global stress decreases over a &-long-time interval and ends at the first subsequent increase over an interval. We chose δt=0.01τ and checked that results plotted in Fig. 3 are robust with respect to variations of δt.
