27. We have used norm-conserving pseudopotentials [N. Troullier and J.L. Martins, Phys. Rev. B10.1103/PhysRevB.43.1993 43, 1993 (1991)], a plane-wave basis, and up to 7290 (Formula presented)-points for the Brillouin-zone sums, which gave converged results for frequencies above 1�eV. An investigation of low-frequency (e.g., infrared) plasmons in the loss spectrum of this semimetal would require an improved treatment of intraband transitions and is beyond the scope of the present work.
