    • Herman Kahn has formulated the neo-Confucian hypothesis in his book World Economic Development: 1979 and Beyond (Croom Helm, 1979). Gordon Redding, “The Story of the East Asian ‘Economic Miracle’” (Euro-Asian Business Review), Issues 3 and 4, 1983, . Michael Harris Bond is the editor of a recent book entitled The Psychology of the Chinese People (Oxford University Press, 1986), which contains discussions of and references to the psychological aspects of Confucianism.
