Multipotentiality of neuronal cells after spontaneous fusion with embryonic stem cells and nuclear reprogramming in vitro
-
The expectations for both gene therapy and stem cell biology are great, and to many seem unattainable in the foreseeable future. The work presented here takes us closer to a potential therapeutic application, at least for stem cells. Once again we see the advantage that the penis offers, in this case increasing the probability of achieving target organ selectivity. Mike Wyllie,Section Editor
