Sonia Livingstone is professor in the Department of Media and Communications at LSE and author or editor of 10 books and 100+ academic articles and chapters on media audiences, children and the Internet, domestic contexts of media use and media literacy. She currently directs the thematic network, EU Kids Online, for the EC's Safer Internet Plus programme. Leslie Haddon lectures at the LSE and researches the social shaping and consumption of information and communication technologies. Recent books include Information is and Communication Technologies in Everyday Life: A Concise Introduction and Research Guide (Berg, Oxford) and Everyday Innovators, Researching the Role of Users in Shaping ICTs (Springer).
