    • It must be noted that this is true for a clean drop. If there is an adsorbed film on the surface of the drop i.e. in the presence of surfactants [34] , any motion can result in the appearance of additional forces (Marangoni) which have to be taken into account in the hydrodynamical boundary conditions. Further, proper convective-diffusion equations for surfactant transport need to be written. In this case, the dynamics of the drop may approach that of a vesicle.
