24. The condition α=1 is not necessary for the application of the virial expansion to DOS and it will be removed in the forthcoming paper.
25. If the sum in the real space diverges the virial expansion fails and we cannot consider a finite number of interacting energy levels to derive DOS.
26. This is similar to the first correction to the Poissonian level compressibility calculated in Ref. [15]. This correction is governed by behavior of the correlation function F at the large distances and, therefore, is the same in PLRBM and MNS.
