    • A preliminary account on the flow-equation analysis of the present model appeared in S. Kehrein and M. Vojta, cond-mat/0208390 (unpublished). The initial version of this preprint did not consider the corrections described in Sec. V B arising from the deviations from the Toulouse point, and incorrectly concluded that no phase transition occurs even away from the Toulouse point.
