    • The quasienergies are only defined up to an arbitrary multiple of the driving frequency, that is ε and ε + nω correspond to the same physical state. In this work we take the normal convention of restricting the quasienergies to the "first Brillouin zone" (-ω/2 ≤ ε ω/2) which gives a unique representation.
