It is worthwhile to note a qualitative difference between these channels in connection with the physical casuality principle [46]: specific restrictions due to the casuality principle are essential only for the channels 1 → 2 and 1 → (1 + 2) because of the spatial locality of the subsystems 1, 2. With this, analysis of a system of two atoms interacting with the vacuum photon field, given below, could be complemented by the relativistic retardation.
