    • As has already been pointed out in Refs. citeK&F,F&N, this action is equivalent to that of a quantum dissipative particle [for a general review see, e.g., ]. In the language of ``quantum dissipation," the crucial difference between our model with a long range Coulomb interaction and that one considered in Refs. citeK&F,F&N is that the motion of the particle in the φc 0 direction follows the so called sub Ohmic dissipation regime.
