    • Our results also apply to ``zero temperature'' calculations like those presented on small clusters by, Phys. R, 66, 2258 (1991), and by, Δ-1 is proportional to a length scale which needs to be smaller than the cluster size for the pockets to be observed numerically. If not, Δ becomes effectively zero for all practical purposes.

    • In our model, RH changes sign not only as a function of hole density but also of temperature. However, its temperature dependence is more rapid than experimentally observed.
