    • The collision integrals vanish identically for arbitrary background fields at zero δT and δv, respectively, so they take the form (δT)γ(Zz=0,m2=0) [1+o(Zz)+o(m2)+⋯]. But any rate on the rhs multiplies a perturbation, of o(m2Zz) so that the linear correction to the rate contributes at second order in Zz and can be ignored.
