Chemicals: The ursolic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid starting materials were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO) and all chemical reagents used for synthesis were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Dulbecco's modified/Ham's F-12 and RPMI media and the antibiotic/antimycotic solution were also obtained from Sigma-Aldrich.
13. 2 (95:5) atmosphere at 37 °C and passaged approximately every 3 days.
