World Health Organization. Outcome evaluation summary report: WHO/UNODC Global initiative on primary prevention of substance abuse. Geneva: World Health Organization; 2007. The report offers an overview of country reports worldwide. It is a good comparison of the substance abuse prevention outcomes in communities from each country. Even though the outcomes present a good primary prevention program, the sustainable activity might be so far limited in some areas.
