Rheumatology (Oxford) 2007; 46:608-611. An important study about the effects of methotrexate, infliximab and etanercept on influenza immunizations. RA patients treated with methotrexate without tumor necrosis factor blockers had significantly better serological response to influenza vaccination. The patients were simultaneously administered pneumococcal vaccination in another study.
