We were told that CE Holt, the authors of the NGGPP Study and Exergy, Inc., the inventors and promoters of the Kalina Cycle systems, could not agree on the relative values for ORCs and Kalina plants. Therefore Kalina Cycle systems were not included in the final draft of the NGGPP report.
