    • The model does not account for hard sphere interactions between particles, yielding a fluid that is more compressible than a physical liquid. This degree of compressibility was necessary to ensure the stability of the simulation over sufficiently long time-steps; however, the results remain qualitatively the same for less compressible fluids.
