    • This condition is violated near a Feshbach resonance, where the scattering length is comparable to or larger than the distance between atoms and the Boltzmann approach should be replaced by Landau Fermi liquid theory for quasiparticles. Near a Feshbach resonance, however, the system is expected to be superfluid at low temperatures.
