    • This stilbene analogue binds tubulin with slightly higher affinity compared to HTI-286 (apparent dissociation constant of 20 nM versus 100 nM) based on isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) studies. The ITC experiments were conducted with the condition similar to that in ref 4 for the serial titration.
