In terms of the numeric relationships, the title phase might be called a 1/0, 2/1 -1/0 AC in the jargon used for quasicrystals. The order of an AC is determined by its lattice parameters. Generally, the lattice parameters of quasicrystal (a6) and its q/p cubic approximant crystal (AC) have a fixed mathematical relationship: aq/p, 2a6(p+qτ)/√-(2+τ, in which τ, 1.618, the golden mean, and p and q are two consecutive Fibonacci numbers. Note that, however, zero is not a member of the Fibonacci series according to Fibonacci's original rabbit problem, yet it fits the mathematical expression of the problem: F(n, 2, F(n, 1, Fn, Very few intermetallic phases have been referred to as 1/0 ACs

Note that, however, zero is not a member of the Fibonacci series according to Fibonacci's original rabbit problem, yet it fits the mathematical expression of the problem: F(n + 2) = F(n + 1) + F(n). Very few intermetallic phases have been referred to as 1/0 ACs.
